Why Can't I Login?
Verify each of the below steps to diagnose why you are having troubles logging in.
To secure your loved one's records there are several requirements to validate your identify. See our Registering Account article for more information.
Were You Invited?
You cannot create an account until you are first invited by your loved one's senior care center. They will send an invite to the email or mobile phone number your provide to them.
- Contact the facility to have them send you an invite!
Are You Using the Correct User ID?
Your User Account is EITHER the email address or the phone number you provided to your loved one's senior care center.
- Use the email address or mobile phone number where you first received an invite as your User ID.
Did you forget your Password?
- Go to our Change Password page to reset your password and get back into How's Mom.
Check the Touch ID box to easily log in without re-entering your password
